For retrieving your password back, We will not send a reset password letter to your mailbox, instead, you shall provide both of USER_NAME/EMAIL and SECURE_KEY at the same time.
If you lost your password and your secureKey, please send a request mail to work7z@outlook.com with a concrete information of your account by using your register Email account, yet we cannot promise it to you that we will reset your password if you cannot provide enough convincing information of your own account in the case that you cannot provide secureKey.
